Payment

Our payment policies are designed to be fair and flexible for patients, while balancing the need to protect our clinic’s limited availability by reducing no-shows and cancellations. A deposit is requested at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. The deposit is transferable when rescheduling an appointment, but is non refundable for cancellation. Payment in full will be processed on the date of service. Appointment cancellation is available until 48 hours in advance of appointment time, minus deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged for service.
